Master Bedroom Available in East Ridge
2 br / 1.5 bath two floor duplex located off Belvior in East Ridge. Been here for a year, roommate moved to Colorado after graduating. House is already has fully furnished living room (couch, recliner, TV) and kitchen, including washer / dryer. Both bedrooms are on second floor. I am renting out the master bedroom which comes with walk in closet. Full bath is on second floor with the half in the living room. I'm a 28 year old male who just moved to Chattanooga last August to finish my degree. I'm a very laid back guy who is still new to Chattanooga so no worries about crazy house parties.
