Master Bedroom Available in East Ridge
2 br/ 1.5 bath two floor duplex located off Belvior in East Ridge. Been here for a year, roommate moved to Colorado after graduating. House is already has fully furnished living room (couch, recliner, TV) and kitchen, including washer/dryer.
Both bedrooms are on second floor. I am renting out the master bedroom which comes with walk in closet. Full bath is on second floor with the half on the first in the living room.
I'm a 28 year old male who just moved to Chattanooga last August to finish my degree. I'm a very laid back guy who is still new to Chattanooga so no worries about crazy house parties. I work as a student worker for Chatt State and work mornings during the summer, and will be in and out with classes in the fall. I have an eleven year old toy poodle who is super sweet and old, and he mostly sleeps all day.
I'm looking for someone to rent out this second room to help afford living here. I'm looking for a similarly laid back person to rent with. I prefer no smoking or drinking; however, if you are ok with smoking outside that would be fine. Feel free to contact me at if you are interested.
