"Nice room at the Botanical Garden"
Hi, coming baby! I am the happy tenant of a 3-bedroom apartment on Ringkøbingvej, and I therefore seek a tenant for one room. The apartment is on a raised ground floor and is located just off the Old Town and Botanical Garden within walking distance to most. The room is a nice bright room of 15 sqm, which has a large window that spits out onto a cozy courtyard. The room is well furnished, one of which consists of built-in wardrobes. To the room there will be use of kitchen, bath, hallway, free laundry, bicycle storage, storage room and shared patio. The room is freshly painted by moving in. Monthly rent: 3900 incl. water / excl. heating, electricity and internet. Possibility of moving before. The apartment is shared with me, Sissel, 21 years old, currently working as a replacement at a nursing home, who is looking for medical studies this summer. I like dancing, theater and playing piano, but I'm also really happy for a quiet home where there is room for studying. I love to experiment in the kitchen, is a huge fan of crocs, and so I'm always ready for a dancebattle on the kitchen floor. I imagine that you are fairly similar to me / student and that you are a sweet and nice person who likes to live with other people. I eat yourself plant-based, so it's an advantage if you are enjoying a vegetarian / vegan cuisine. And if you have some of the same interests, it could just be even better. I can be contacted here.
