Bright room in canal houses with sea views!
Hi! We are a couple who have bought an apartment in canal houses. The apartment is 97 m2 and with a common balcony of 4 m2. Facilities include bicycle storage and a small storeroom attached. There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment. The structure is very divided, so there is ample opportunity for privacy, but if you're fresh on some evenings, where we cook together, we are also aware of it. The room which we rent is 12 m2. There is a square room with ample space for a bed and a desk. The room is brand new at moving from 1 March and is not furnished. The rental period is basically unlimited, but there will be a 'trial of 3 months, then the rent will be extended for one year at a time. The price of the room is 4500 .- / month. This price is exclusive of water, heat and electricity, which is shared out on all three. We expect this will be about 500 kr./pers./mdr. The price includes small TV package and Netflix and Internet. When moving payable 4500.- deposit and 2 months of prepaid rent (rent is therefore payable in June and July). What you know about us .. We are two medical students - both on the 5th semester, both 21 years. We have after living two years in Aarhus acknowledged that the Aarhus Island is the absolute best and most beautiful town - even if there is some construction mess right now. This has led to a purchase of a delicious opportunity that you can be a part of. Most importantly, you should know that although we are a couple, we have never had trouble opening up to others, and we do many things each .... Rasmus playing football in Lystrup (3x training + 1 x battle /week). Additionally, he trains in fitness, seen with friends, taking on the bar, playing playstation ... and the reader when needed;) Catrine has previously spent much time in football, but an injury means that she now mostly sticks to fitness and running. In addition, she holds a lot of make use of the delicious facilities that Aarhus has to offer. This applies café-life, the cultural part and not least walks by forest and sea, which is only a stone's throw from the apartment. We hold both a lot from working, and working every 4-8 times a month as a locum in hospitals in and around Aarhus. To qualify, you must be .. Non-smoking, responsible, tidy as regards the common areas. Whether you are a social person or not, do not play the big role - we respect a closed door as well as an open.
