Small room, small rent.
I am looking for a new tenant of a room of 10-12 m2 from 1/6 for an unlimited period just off Sjælør st in the south harbor. Rent: 3000 for ALT I am strong opponent of corrupt housing and flatmakers, so you pay exactly the same as me, no cheating or humbug! "Requirements" for Tenant - At least 21 years, teens must look elsewhere - Generally the living room, the kitchen must always be clean, and you have a cleaning day every other week of common areas (takes up to one hour :)) - Smoking or non smoking, do not care. The smell of bodega always makes me happy :) - No metal heads or dead metal enthusiasts! Have done it once in a year, is still traumatized today. - You may want a dog / cat as long as it's not a carpenter - You pay a rent on time! Those who are appointed to see the room will see it between May 2nd to May 5th and the one who gets the room will know before May 10th. A little about me I'm 27 years old and HF student I'm done this summer. I'm reasonably easy-going, but can also be a quiet person, which means that I'm not always in the mood for conversation and something fancy. But all in all, I'm easy to live with, and it will be an experience for my life to live with me: D
