Constable in Ildstøttetropperne (Varde)
At the beginning of the program you are trained in basic soldiers skills like shooting, first aid, combat training, signal education and sport. Then you can specialize in Ildstøttetropperne. Here you are trained in the field artillery, where you learn to look for communicating with aircraft during various operations or anti-aircraft artillery, where you learn to monitor and control the airspace in order to identify the different and fight hostile flyaktivitet. No matter which of the specialization you choose you will be trained in the use of high-tech weapons and warning systems. Even though the program is highly specialized takes much of the program remains through internships and outdoors. As a graduate, you can expect to be deployed to international missions, where your task will typically be providing artillery support and operate high-tech warning systems.
