Training for Match Information constable in the Navy is divided into two steps. Step 1 is an initial training of 7 weeks, and work on one of the Navy's ships in 1-2 years. Step 2 builds on what is learned at step 1. When you are finished on the second step is you basic training. Pt. working to combine steps 1 and 2 for a coherent training period of about 15 weeks. Once you graduate you will be working with the ship's various IT systems, radar systems, sonar and more. You will get to listen and speak at several radio network where to exchange information with other ships and authorities ashore. The work is conducted in close cooperation with ship management and operational officers in the operating room. Here you operate as an assistant to the ship's Command Team.
