Here, this so-called hot pot helped her get through the cold Danish winter, and here she also found that this hot pot was a good way to build new friendships in this new country. Here you sit together to cook and share the food, which, Fanshuang says, helps to build a stronger connection between people. After this success among her friends, she chose to introduce hot pot to Denmark and quit her job to focus on her dream of hot pot. Afterwards, she met a group of Asian chefs who were also just as excited about the idea as her own. This is how the adventure of Hot Pot Republic started back in 2018.
