Hard Rock Café
Hard Rock Café is one of the most legendary cafes / restaurants in the capital, where good food is combined with rock. It is the first Hard Rock Café in Denmark, located at the City Hall Square in Copenhagen, where you can see the iconic logo, which is also often sold on T-shirts mm. There is a bar, restaurant as well as a souvenir shop, so there is nothing you cannot get at Hard Rock Café.
The legendary chain is located in 50 countries and came to Denmark in July 1995, where it attracted many Copenhageners and tourists because of . the central location and reputation of the Hard Rock Café.
The chain started in London in 1971, when two Americans wanted to bring rock music and hamburgers together and bring some American culture to England. Since then, almost everyone knows the iconic logo that is worn by both Danes and tourists. In the Danish Hard Rock Café you can see everything from Michael Jackson's jackets to collector's items from Jimi Hendrix.
The restaurant first opened on the corner of Vesterbrogade and Bernstorffsgade, but has since moved to City Hall Square, which is even more central. With the new metro, it is even easier for Danish and foreign tourists to get around from the restaurant to the various attractions.
The restaurant is known for the legendary burgers as the 'Original Legendary Burger', which was the first burger to start it all. Smoked bacon, cheddar cheese , crispy onion rings as well as classic lettuce and tomatoes make up the classic burger, which is definitely a hit with any burger lover.
If you want to feel even more exclusive, you should try the 24-carat gold burger, which is a steak burger with a 24-carat gold edible leaf on top. It is extremely exclusive, so whoever of you and your friends eating the burger becomes the real rockstar in the friends group.
Of course, there are also appetizers such as sliders, chicken wings and nachos , so you can start out a bit quietly. If you are not into burgers at all, you can get delicious caesar salads and sandwiches , so you can still come out and try the restaurant with your burger-loving friends.
When the day goes by and you want to go out and experience the night life, of course you have to start at the Hard Rock Café. Their bscars are a great success for a good party where there is a good atmosphere and good beer. Monday through Sunday, happy hour with 50% on drinks and beer from 10pm to midnight. Even the students can join!
If you want to hold an event such as birthday, you can hold a private party at the cafe, where there will be a party for all the money. On Friday, the café will feature live music from 7 p.m. 16:00 with various singers, so that when you are free from lecture or work, you can go down to the cafe and hear some good music while enjoying a beer or cocktail.

When you are at the Hard Rock Café you should also check out the Rock Shop. Rock Shop is part of the restaurant and is a souvenir shop where you can buy their iconic merchandise in the form of hoodies and t-shirts with the logo on. They also have various mugs, drumsticks and magnets, which can be fun souvenirs for the family or for yourself. The Rock Shop is open every day, so if you forgot to buy a souvenir when you were out eating at the restaurant, you could of course reach the next day.
Hard Rock Café in Copenhagen is definitely worth a visit if you haven't made your way yet. You can start the afternoon off with a classic burger and a drink, see Lady Gaga's suits and John Lennon's collectibles in the cafe's premises. In the evening you can enjoy their happy hour .
