Sublease of room at Iceberg
Hello all property seekers! We have three boys, from 1 February will be left of our current roommate. Therefore we need a new roommate for our residential community of the iceberg. The social will act as the focal point, and we hope that our future roomie also will see it the same way. Briefly about us. We are two engineering students and a single architecture students, all originally from Herning. Overall we are very happy for sports and other ball games. Additionally, we are delighted to be able to enjoy a beer in the Friday bar, and other festive gatherings, but Sunday on the couch has also become a tradition. What we expect: As I said, we are looking for a roommate aged 20-24. You must weights the social high, but can certainly understand a closed door. Additionally, you must be a student so that we can apply for housing benefits. Practical info: The room we rent is 12 sqm. These include large family kitchen, two bathrooms, terrace and a small depot in the basement. Overall the apartment is 145 sqm. Occupancy is around February 1st.
