Great location and the world's best roomie!
Hello dear homeowner! Since I'm going to practice for three months for Philip, I'd rather have my room rented in the same period. The room is furnished with newly purchased furniture and you have to be free to use the things I have standing - as long as you are comfortable at all :-) I will of course remove all my clothes so you can fit your personal belongings, but otherwise the room is as it stands. The apartment is a two-bedroom, located in the best place on Amager: Islands Brygge. The crowd is in the backyard and the brewery in the front yard. I can honestly say - the location is in the top! In the apartment, my beautiful roomie lives, which is positive and tolerant, and generally really comfortable to live with. It is, incidentally, her who owns the apartment. Smoking takes place outdoors (we live on the 3rd floor). I'm interested in finding a nice and considerate female tenant, who is probably standing short of housing. Age, employment, and other matters are not really as long as you are sweet and proper. The rent is 4200 kr. All inclusive and there will be a deposit of a single month rent. In addition, I will prepare a small contract for the period, so I am secured the rent covered and you as a tenant are guaranteed a dwelling during the period. Relocation will be about d. 06 / 11-17 and relocation approx. d. 01 / 02-18 (these dates are not fully fixed until next week).
