After birth need one to get his body in shape. Especially the pelvic floor needs training, since it is the one who has been exposed to the greatest upheaval. The course focuses on exercises that are re-training the pelvic floor muscles and exercises that strengthen and stretch the neck, lumbar and back muscles.
By training the pelvic floor you get tightened up in your abdomen, so you prevent incontinence and uterine prolapse. Additionally, it helps the pelvic floor exercises to give you a better sex life, as you learn to control your muscles in the abdomen.
They also work with gastrointestinal, bale and thigh muscles and gradually your body becomes both strong and flexible. Lectures are followed by 10 min. guided relaxation. During the course, you have the opportunity to exchange experiences with other new mothers.
Children are welcome, but do not participate in education. There are teams you can sign up at 1-3 months. After birth, 3-6 months. After birth and also a team where we use balls for training.
The training is adapted to your level, so everyone can participate regardless of how much you have trained prior to birth and no matter how much you feel able to train. So keep in mind that all the others are in the exact same situation as you.
