Lovely, large, bright room for rent
I have a nice, big and bright room of about 16m2 for rent. We share the kitchen, bathroom and living room and our clothes we wash / dry for free in the basement, where there are also a few large rooms for storing everything we do not just use for everyday life. The rent is half of what I pay myself and on top of that comes consumption which is currently DKK 500 / month for both water and heat. In addition, electricity, internet and home insurance, which I also think we share equally. There may then be a small plus in terms of home insurance - we share it, but the amount depends on what we each earn. From TV you can choose the company you want and then we have to find a common financial solution - right now I am content with streaming services as these meet my needs. The room right now is my living room, but it gets moved around before you move in and the door that is between the two living rooms is right now in the basement, but it is naturally put in. Don't be intimidated by my age - I am very sociable, calm, easy to talk to and have friends of many different ages.
