Lovely and bright room in Gentofte for rent
[ENGLISH BELOW] Hello, My boyfriend and I are looking for a roommate for our apartment with moving on July 1st, when our current roomie moves out. The room is unfurnished, lovely bright and cozy. The apartment also consists of a large living room, bathroom, kitchen and our room. The area is quiet and there is access to a communal garden with barbecue for summer. It takes about 15 min to reach Nørreport by bus and the stop is 2 min. from here. In addition, there are good shopping opportunities with Super Brugsen, Net and Facts 2 min. from here. The apartment is 2 min. from Ikea. There is free parking just outside the apartment. The rent is inclusive of everything, exclusive laundry facilities located in the basement. Around you, it is important that you are not allergic to dogs as we have a 1 year old dog. We prefer you to be in the thieves like us. As such, we do not mind smokers, but as the balcony is next to our room, you have to go down the street to smoke. In addition, we like to keep the kitchen, living room and bathroom clean or nice and, of course, expect the same from you. A little bit of pleasure is of course okay as long as we take into account each other. We are 24 and 26, respectively, and study for daily communication at RUC. We have lived together for approx. 2 years. We are both happy and outgoing, and think it would be nice if you are the same. As seen on some of the pictures, we have quite a few board games and love to drink a beer or white russian and enjoy a board game. Sharing the hobby will only be a huge plus for us! The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, and there is a common area outside with a grill. It takes about 15 minutes to get into Nørreport by bus, and the bus stop is 2 minutes from the apartment. There are good shopping possibilities with a Super Bridge, Facts and Net 2 minutes away. Ikea is also 2 minutes away. There is free parking right in front of the apartment.
