Dance is joy, hard physical work and artistic expression. The personal development, enhanced skills and creative process is given high priority. On Nørgaards University consists dancing line of 3 parts:

1) Modern dance

Modern dance is a counterpoint to the classical ballet. How ballet strive towards the sky, telling stories, fairy tales and legends, and often danced on toe shoes, the modern dance as its starting point on the ground / floor, dancing like on bare feet, the movements are the body's natural, gravity is an important element. The personal expression and interpretation is a must.

2) World Dance and trends

In collaboration with talented guest teachers you meet dances from other continents such as Bollywood from India, African Afro, Cuban salsa or from South America, the Brazilian samba and especially the dynamic merengue. Here you will also find challenges such as street dance, funk and break dance.

3) Improvisation and Composition

Here, work is the personal expression, where you find your own inspiration and motivation for dance and movement. From a common idea made a spectacle entered during the stay.
