Couloir has an exciting and simple menu. You will not find many different dishes as Couloir emphasizes few dishes with great quality and good taste. You can also experience the exotic dishes like crabcakes, kængurubøf and the American-French fusion foie gras burger.

Homemade Cheeseburger - with homemade pickles, coleslaw salad and hand cut fries

Grilled chicken - with homemade red pepper salsa, guacamole, sour cream, jalapenos, tortilla wraps and salad

Couloir brunch - with fresh fruit, yogurt with muesli, smoked salmon with cucumber and crème fraiche, Klovberg & Empty cheese, ham and chorizo, poached eggs with bacon, croissant, pancake, jam, bread including coffee and juice

The evening menu

The evening menu at Couloir change the menu every week and the kitchen strives exotic elements and new creative dishes. The password is always tasty dishes at reasonable prices. This week's menu could be:

Beef carpaccio - with pickled salad and wasabi mayo

Grilled salmon fillet - with mashed potatoes, roasted peppers and zucchini provencale

French pancakes - with ice cream and hot cherry sauce

If you order a 2-course menu, it only costs 215 kr. And a 3-course menu costs 235 kr. The evening menu includes mainly two starters, two main courses and two dessert you can choose from.

cocktail

In the evening from every Thursday to Saturday has cocktail bar Couloir open. Here bartenders classic cocktails and drinks. The music is relaxed, lounge-inspired - sometimes pleases a live DJ guests with house-, lounge and happy dance music.

The Spirit

The Spirit Couloir starts out in the ski resort of Tignes in France, where the first Couloir opened 6 years ago. Couloir quickly became a place where skiers met with old skivenner or new acquaintances. It is the same mood Couloir creates in Copenhagen.
