The concept behind the burger restaurant is based on the fact that the accessories in their burgers should be simple, but without compromising on the high quality. The owners of Burger Boom have been in the restaurant business for over 25 years, and therefore know well what it takes to create the best burgers.

When you dine at Burger Boom, you can be sure that every detail is thought of when cooking. Most of the raw materials are local as far as possible, and the meat comes from free-range forest cattle in the Mols Bjerge National Park. Furthermore, Burger Boom has two specific brand cases, namely the “from ground to table” concept and that Burger Boom is the REFOOD brand. The burger restaurant strives for a “ground to table” concept because they want their guests to have tasty food made from local ingredients without additives. The REFOOD brand implies that the burger restaurant is joining the fight against food waste. That's why Burger Boom sends their food scraps as well as oil for recycling. Then the food residues and oil are used for biogas, fertilizers and biodiesel. With a visit to Burger Boom, you will therefore not only get a good portion of food, but also have a good conscience to know for sure that the whole concept behind the burger restaurant is well thought out.
