I rent 2 rooms in my new 3 room apartment on Frederikssundsvej in NV. The apartment is just under 80 sqm, has 3 rooms, 2 balconies and a nice little snug kitchen with a small dining area which is really nice when there is no real living room. The apartment has a toilet in the entrance and a separate bathroom, so do not wait to go to the bathroom until one's room is finished in the bathroom. In the housing association there is a shared laundry room that is always nice and clean, and parking for your bike in the yard. The prices for the rooms are with internet but without electricity, water and heating, where we share the bill every 3 months. The apartment is close to Nørrebro st. and the 5C runs in both directions right in front of the door! ;) Are you on a bike it takes about 10 min to get to Nørreport st. from the apartment according to the wind direction. About the rooms: Room 1 partially furnished - SEK 3850 per month: The first room I rent is a small charming room of 10 sqm with its own balcony facing Frederikssundsvej. In the room is a closet and desk that can be turned up and down after use (cabinet and desk can be moved / removed). The room can also be used as a shuttle service. Room 2 partially furnished - 5000 kr a month: The other room faces the courtyard, has its own balcony and is approx. 16 sqm. That is, for example, you can have room for a dining table in addition to anything else you normally have in your room. In the room there are some large closets, which if desired can also be removed.
