2 beautiful rooms in central, newly renovated apartment in Østerbro

I have two rooms for rent in a beautiful, newly renovated 3-room apartment in the super center Østerbro, 5 minutes walk to Østerport station, 2 minutes to the lakes and between two beautiful parks. Dag Hammarskjölds Alle 25. The big rooms are about 19 sqm (6.200 kr) and the little ones (5.200kr) are 11kvm both are ready for occupation from 1/1/19. It is a built-in wardrobe in the large room. The rent includes water. In addition, we share the costs of heating, electricity and internet. pets are allowed in the apartment and smoking is not allowed. Something about me: I just finished my PhD in Aarhus and will start working at Danmarks Nationalbank. That's why I move to Copenhagen in January. I have lived in shared apartments for ten years and spent the last couple of years in Aarhus, so I know how important it is to keep order and how to take care of the apartment. I am very social and I appreciate roomies who will also socialize, but of course I always respect a closed door. I'm looking to have a shared home and not just rent a room. It is important to me that we all feel at home. I do not smoke, I am active, I exercise, love to climb and winter bath. I am a good cook and like to arrange extreme dinners or relax with my roomies and watch some Netflix and drink a glass of wine.
