18sqm room for rent
Dear home seeker, I rent a room of 18 sqm in Frederiksberg close to Frederiksberg Garden and metro. In the apartment I live with my little dog (Sille). We will share a kitchen and a bathroom (see photos). A little about me (and Sille) I am 21 years old and studying psychology at the University of Copenhagen. In addition, I work as an ABA trainer for a boy with autism. ?? In my free time I love to be with my girlfriends and friends ??????? Sille turns 1 year old on May 1st, and is a Shih Tzu. She is a super affectionate and loving dog when you get to know her, but in the beginning she can easily seem like a little dog who thinks she is a watchdog ??????? But if you have time for that, then she will quickly fall in love with you and love to be with you. When I'm not home, Sille is in our common hallway and kitchen, so you should be okay with that. At my previous tenant, Sille has accepted that she has been home with a closed door, so I strongly expect that she will also accept with you - but do you want her to be with you once in a while, then she will probably love it too. About you I like that you are a calm person who has no thoughts that there should be big parties in your home. You know how to clean up after yourself, and are okay with having to clean the common areas properly every two weeks. You are not allowed to smoke in the apartment, so you must also be able to accept that. The rent will be 6135 per. month (DKK 5,350 + DKK 785 for electricity, heating and internet). Every year I get a heating bill where I get to count on whether your paid aconto matches what I end up having to get rid of. If there are larger fluctuations, it will mean that either you or I will have to pay a little to each other. We have a laundry room, which I will put you in. There will be a move-in on 1 May.
