The entire apartment is 86 m2 divided into 3 rooms plus a bright bathroom and an open kitchen. The apartment is located in Aarhus C, Frederiksbjerg on Dalgas Avenue. You are within walking distance to both the railway station, the city center, the beach and nature. In addition, you get Fitness World (Dalgas Avenue) as a neighbor and good shopping opportunities at Jægergårdsgade. The room that is rented out is 16 sqm and with a view right out to a huge courtyard. In the bathroom there is both a new washer and dryer. In the kitchen there is a large new fridge / freezer, new cooker and a dishwasher. You will live with 23-year-old Jesper, who is an engineer in Herning. Jesper spends his time studying, diving and socializing with friends. In addition, you will live with me: a young man aged 24, who is studying a graduate in Corporate Communication at Aarhus BSS.
