Looking for 3rd person to share 4 room apartment
Me and a friend (Søren) are looking for a fun and easy-going person to share a 4 room apartment with. We're both pretty relaxed people. We studied together in Aalborg and moved to Copenhagen because of job opportunities, and lots of friends moving here. We would like a person who's at/around the same point in their life. You should be a non smoker and someone who knows to tidy up after themselves in the shared areas like the kitchen/living room/toilet. We want a good relationship all 3 where we respect and support each other.
The apartment is at Alliancevej 27, 1th, 2450 København SV, although it wouldn't let my type that in the field for the address. They just finished building the whole thing and you can look it up at http://westcoastpark.dk.prolinux3.curanetserver.dk/boligoversigt/. You'll be renting the room in the upper right hand corner.
This is pretty short notice, but if you're interested, then the deposit + first month rent needs to be payed march 1st. We get the keys march 15th. We would like to meet and talk to you before the 1st to see if we're compatible.
The rent listed is without any of the expenses like water and electricity. So expect that to be added to the 5500kr.
