Young female students are looking for a room in an apartment. We are one adult, one child and two dogs in an apartment of 103 m2. Here are 3 rooms. The room, which is rented out, is about 14 m2. The floor is nice and two large windows face the back yard and thus away from the street. In the room there are built-in wardrobes, 4 pcs. Everything works as it should with regard to materials and functionality - the building is a maximum of 10 years old and the backyard allows you to lie on the grass and enjoy the sun. The channels in the area appeal to people with hanging to water and light, nature and exclusivity. There is a terrace at each end of the living room and the one facing the backyard is large and spacious at about 25 m2. The overall environment of the apartment is new and well maintained. There is a dishwasher and washing machine available. The apartment is bright and we have not experienced alarm indoors until now. A little about us and the place: I sue my daughter, hear classical music, draw, play guitar and work in a larger public organization as an academic. In the spring, maybe summer, we hopefully move into a condominium. We sometimes have children and parents visiting, we jump and dance, we are in a good mood and we are not celebrating. During the daytime we are at work and in kindergarten, which gives you a sense of read, study group and more. Our two dogs are of older date, two friendly sweet potatoes with brown eyes and soft ears. I am looking for a friendly and respectful woman who likes family life next to the studio life and thus may feel comfortable in a private home with children and activities, cosiness and presence. I strive to keep the home clean and proper, but is naturally challenged by greasy fingers and animals like traps. You must be able to endure a pair of dog hairs here and here as I do not want an expectation of a clinically clean environment. This expectation will not be possible. In return, you get four sweet roommates, with a good mood and coffee on your cheek. We live at Sluseholmen in the South Harbor with easy access to cafes, water life and bathing conditions. The park is close by, as well as the Bryggen and the castle itself. Here are many birds and a large plant life.
