Hello, I'm looking for a tenant for a room of 11.5 sqm with relocation 1.1.2019. The apartment is newly built in 2016, located centrally in Aarhus with 1 minute walk to Magasin. The apartment will you share with me, I am 23 years old and study at Aarhus Business Academy. I am very social with a good mood and always a smile on my lip. My free time goes with friends, family, work and training. The apartment we have to share is with 2 rooms, 57 sqm with shared kitchen, bathroom, entrance hall, 2 balconies and basement. It is located in a closed farm on the 2nd floor. and there is access to the courtyard with barbecue facilities. The rent is 4,500 per person. month and it includes electricity, water, heating, internet and insurance. There is also a washer / dryer and a dishwasher in the apartment. I am looking for a tenant aged 20-30, and I expect you to clean up after yourself and keep the apartment clean and tidy with me.
