When our dear roomie Emma moves out, we are looking for a new one to inhabit her room in our community in the cozy Hans Christian Andersen neighborhood from 1 July 2019. The room is approx. 10 m2 large in an apartment of approx. 160 m2. There is a large new kitchen (with dishwasher) with a balcony, and there is a bathroom with a washer and dryer, as well as a TV room with an attached room, which we have arranged as a bar. You will come to live with Frederik, 25, who is studying media science in the 4th semester, Sofie, 24, who will start a graduate in psychology this summer and Amanda, 22, who is studying for a service economist in the 1st semester. Rent incl. Aconto is DKK 3887 a month. Electricity and internet together will cost approx. DKK 250 pr. month in addition. The deposit is DKK 14,611.50 and covers a 3-month deposit + one month's prepaid rent. In addition, a one-time payment of DKK 500 must be paid for the contract.
