I rent out a vacant room in Cortex Park to a neat and nice person. The apartment is close to SDU (you can see it from the living room window) with a short distance to shopping, UCL, Rosengaard Center, IKEA, and everything you need. About the apartment: The apartment is a bright 3-room apartment on the 1st floor with its 82m ^ 2.
