We rent out our 3 bedroom apartment
NOTE: IT IS A WHOLE APARTMENT TO RENT AND NOT A ROOM We are a loving couple who are renting out our 3 bedroom condo for an extended period of time. I got a job in Germany, so we have to go there and live for a minimum of 20 months (high probability for a longer period) and we are therefore looking for 1 or more tenants. The accommodation is obviously shared, and can actually be shared by 3 if you make the effort and use the living room :-) The apartment is a little older, but there is both kitchen and bathroom. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher. We expect you to rent the property for a full period, we do not bother and need to find new tenants later (unfortunately just happened). So if you only need something temporary please do not apply. We are happy for our neighbors, so loud music and parties every weekend and also not allowed.
