We are two boys looking for two roomies for our 5 bedroom apartment in Ørestaden. The apartment is 122m2 divided into 4 rooms, living room / kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and a balcony. The rooms are approx. 8m2 and 10m2 and will cost 4250kr / month incl. water and heat excl. electricity and internet. The deposit is 13500kr, where 4075kr is prepaid rent for last month. The apartment is 5 minutes from Vestamager st. and it is close to nature, Royal Arena, Fields and is only 14 minutes away from the city center (Nørreport st.) by metro. The property is called the Common Edge and is primarily located next to the Kalvebod Common. The view can be enjoyed from the large common roof terrace of 1300m2. In addition to the view, the roof terrace has a greenhouse, common room and lookout post. A little about us: Emil is 22 years old and works full time daily in a wholesale business. However, the plan is to start some training after summer. Magnus is 21 years old and is studying to become a financial economist at Copenhagen Business Academy and will finish this summer, where he expects to start as a trainee in BDO after the summer holidays. What we have in common is that we like to be social, whether it is cooking, a walk in the city or just a good movie, we are almost always fresh, but of course there is always room for a closed door. We are looking for two tenants who like to be social but where there is at least as much space for privacy.
