Hello all home seekers in Odense! Roomie is looking for our community in Odense C on Reventlowsvej. Located with 7 minutes cycling to the pedestrian zone and 15 minutes by bike to SDU. We move in on February 1, 2020. We live in a 99-sqm apartment on two floors with 3 rooms all of approx. 15 sqm. with shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room. Laundry facilities are available. The rent is DKK 3700 (before housing support) incl. Electricity, water, heat and internet. Consumption is calculated annually. There is a deposit of DKK 9,000. You will be staying with two nice guys. Esben of 24 who reads integrated design at SDU daily. In his spare time, he often works on some project, otherwise he enjoys relaxing with a good movie or podcast. Andreas, 25, studying for a physiotherapist at UCL. In his spare time, he practices lots of sports and loves to be active.
