Roomie Wanted We are looking for a roomie for our room at Sonnesgade 50a in the middle of Aarhus. The apartment is 86 sqm with 3 rooms, a furnished common room and a nice balcony of 6 sqm. Practical: You can move in during the period 17 / 12-2018 - 17 / 01-2019. The rent per. months is kr. 4700, - excl. electricity and internet (DKK 100 per month). The room can be rented indefinitely. We have both access to Netflix, Viaplay with TV channels and HBO Nordic, which can be used freely on the TV in the living room. In the apartment there is a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and dryer. In addition, there is also access to a locked storage room and on the balcony we have a large barbecue. The apartment is newly renovated from 2018 and is bright and open. The kitchen is combined with a larger, open dining room, which is spacious and offers ample opportunity to invite guests to visit. Requirements for you: We are looking for someone who is outgoing and social, who is ready to cook together and enjoy a glass of wine or two. We are very much down to earth and relaxed and would like you to be the same. Whether you are a girl or a boy is just as good for us as long as you can reflect yourself in the above. About us: We are two boys of 23 years old, both from Thy. Martin Krabbe Nielsen studies IT and economics in the first year. Jacob reads HA in the 5th semester. In addition, we work together at Cafe Viggo by the river in Aarhus, where we spend much of our time. There is always speed in our apartment and we often have visitors to visit, where as a future roomie you are always welcome to participate as well as invite people over.
