ROOMIES SEARCHED! If you are missing housing from 1/11, it is you we are looking for! We have been fortunate enough to have a completely new apartment at Frederiks Brygge close to Fisketorvet in Copenhagen SV. The apartment is 102 sqm and consists of 4 bright rooms. One room is a large kitchen-dining room, where there is good opportunity to cook good food. A little about us: Søren: 21 years old, working full time, loves to have many people around him and using the city's opportunities. Besides, I like days with a lot of speed and also just relaxing on the couch for a whole day and watching a good series. Martin: 21 years old, student at CBS, loves being active and being friends. When I'm not on the move, I like to relax at home. We are both from Funen and therefore just moved to Copenhagen. Common to both of us is that we love to party on the weekends and enjoy ourselves with games, cooking or a good movie. We are very social and expect you to be too. As we are very social, it must be acceptable to have guests in the apartment. This of course also applies the other way around. What we are looking for in a roommate: Gender does not matter Between 19-25 years Fixed income (Student or permanent job) Social arrangement Clean up after themselves Clean Practical: The rent will be at 5500. Deposits. 3 months deposit 1 month prepaid rent. We agree to clean the apartment. We furnish the apartment together. You can therefore help to make your mark on the apartment.
