12 square meters of unfurnished room is rented to male between 25-30 years. The apartment contains in addition to the room; two large living rooms, large dining kitchen, guest room, two toilets, one with bathtub and rainshower, as well as a balcony with evening sun and of course rooms for our other residents? There are both dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment. The apartment is a total of 255 square meters. The apartment is a rented cooperative housing and therefore there are common rules to be observed and duties to be performed a couple of times a year (garden fitting). It is a rental period from 01.09-2018 to 15.06-2019. Do not keep pets and smoking must only be done on the balcony with a closed door. The apartment is centrally located on Frederiksberg with easy access to public transport and only 2 minutes walk to Frederiksberg Garden and zoo. The rent is approximately 5,000 DKK. This includes water and heating and in addition with a deposit of max. 15,000 kroner and one month's prepaid rent. Expenses for internet, electricity and joint purchases are shared equally between all residents. We are looking for a man so we can keep the gender distribution. It is important that the tenant is ready for communal eating and cozy wine nights, but who can also respect that we each have a lot to look for and need some peace of mind. This will not be an apartment with party and high music every weekend, but we often have guests over for dinner and of course you are welcome too! We are looking for only almond tenants between 25-30 years! It is important that the economy is ok, and we therefore prefer one who works full time or as a candidate. We have a cleaning plan, which is expected to comply, as we all like to stay clean. Right now we live: Marc, 27, is studying for a physiotherapist and working as a tennis coach and physical trainer. Marie, 25, graduates in clinical nutrition after the summer vacation. Marc and Marie have been in a relationship for over four years. Yasmin, 27, works full time in an agency like UX designer. We all go out to be social and use our large common areas when we are home, as well as invite guests to visit.
