Hey, out there! We are looking for two roomies who are ready to move in with us on Søndre Boulevard as of May 1st. We are looking for two people who like to be around our age and not smoking. In addition, it could be super cozy to make common food once, drink vino or G&T on the roof terrace or just relax on a Sunday and do nothing! My name is Freja and I am 21 years old. Pt. I work in a crèche, but have applied for medicine starting February 2020, which I hope to get into. The practical apartment is 134 sqm. and is located on Søndre Boulevard right by Assistens Cemetery and nearby football courts. It's about. 5 min walk to Munke Mose. 2 km to Odense railway station and approx. 5 km to SDU - all in all a delicious central location! It is a 6-room apartment with 4 rooms and bathroom (tumble dryer + washing machine), kitchen / dining room (+ dishwasher), living room + 12 sqm private roof terrace. Three of the rooms are 11 sqm and in addition there is one of 9 sqm. We rent the two of them in 11 sqm, where there are also built in cupboards in. The 3. room we live on ourselves (you can probably figure out that we are lovers);) The apartment has been completely renovated and is distributed on a 1st floor and 2nd floor, and we are therefore the first to live there! There are installed shortcuts that clean the air in the apartment, and in addition, the water is lime-free. The apartment is currently standing. empty, but when we move in as of May 1st, furniture will come quietly in the common areas that we bring. We think together to find house rules for the apartment in relation to eg cleaning etc. - so there is the possibility of some participation! Economy The rent will be approx. DKK 4350 including consumption (water + heat) and the internet. Without consumption etc. it is 3800 DKK. In addition, electricity must be paid for Energy Funen. We are thinking of allocating a small amount every month to a common account covering cleaning articles, toilet paper, washing up drains etc. Maybe also a common netflix / Viaplay? No housing allowance has been calculated in this amount yet, as we do not quite know what the amount ends. When moving in, a deposit of 3 months' rent + 1 month's prepaid rent + on account must also be paid.
