About the apartment: The apartment is newly built, so no one has lived in it before. There are 136 sqm on the 6th floor with sea views and views of the fine colony gardens on Amager Strandvej. It consists of a large kitchen area, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a utility room with washer and dryer, and a large south-facing balcony. Did we mention how crazy the view is ?! About the room: The room is approx. 10 sqm. Costs 5367 DKK / month including water and heat (in addition to other common expenses such as; electricity and internet). There is a built-in closet and a nice large window with views. A little about your future roommates: True: Am 31 years old and work daily as a teacher in a reception class. Originally Bornholmer, but is probably also the most locally known among us as she has lived at Amager for the past 12 years. She loves to winter swim at Helgoland, dance, drink red wine, play most kinds of ball games, be with friends and family and look after her summer house on Bornholm. Mia: Is 27 years old and works daily with nudging and behavior design. Otherwise, happy and adventurous and recently lived in Australia for 1.5 years. Real Copenhagen and loves everything the city has to offer - especially good food and music. In addition, happy with yoga and meditation and always fresh on red wine or beer. Satcha: Is 28 years old and graduated a year ago with a degree in business economics and development studies, starts an internship at UNDP in two weeks, but is also looking for a new exciting full-time job. She has studied, traveled and lived in several different countries (primarily South America) and enjoys swinging her hips to Latin rhythms in the Copenhagen nightlife. She loves to cook and bake cake, especially if it is shared in good company with a glass of wine. We are looking for: a person of +25 who wants to help create a home and thus not just share rent. Until now, we imagine having regular joint eating once a week (in addition to all the spontaneous) and generally sharing everyday big and small over coffee or a late glass of red wine.
