Valby st. with own balcony / Valby station furnished room with private balcony
Roomie for me and my ragdoll cat / roomie wanted for me and my ragdoll cat. The room has two fitted wardrobes, but it is the plan that one will be looped in favor of a review that makes the apartment fully accessible, with separate entrance to each room in my 2-bedroom. There is a shared bath and kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, gas stove, combi microwave and toaster. In the room there is a small desk, a large double bed of box mattresses and pillow top mattresses, a bookcase and wall shells, as well as curtains and blinds. The balcony is facing a quiet courtyard. There is a bicycle storage room, laundry basin with cheap laundry and dryer and drying room. We can talk about the rent, it depends on the conversion and we can agree to the cleaning of the kitchen / bathroom. I smoke but try to stop and show consideration by going out on my balcony when the weather permits. I really like a roomie that is socially landscaped but also needs privacy just like me. Shared dinner sometimes, an icecream on the balcony or in the yard in the summer I appreciate. There are 5 min walk to Valby Station and Spinderiet, buses and bicycle rides to all districts in Copenhagen and surroundings. I am a trained teacher, undergoing further education and enjoy spending time with my long-haired ragdoll cat who is very kind and gentle and surely would love to put you at the same time, but if you're free, we'll get used to it with it. However, I hope you will love her as I do. The most important thing for me is that we are a good match as roommates, so I'm waiting for the right one :) Kh. You have a small desk, a double bed made of 2 box matresses with a top mattress, a bookcase, two shelfs on the wall, curtains and drapes. The balcony faces the calm common yard. There is a basement for bicycles, washroom with cheap washing and tumbledrying and drying rooms. Renten er omhyggelig, afhængigt af ombygningen og du kan få en skæring i stedet for rengøring af køkken og bad. Im a smoking but trying to quit and be considerate, using the balcony in fair weather. I would like a roomie that's sociable but also likes your privacy just like me. Eating together sometimes, having ice coffee on the balcony or in the yard eg. 5 min walking distance to Valby station and Spinderiet shopping center, buses and everything in Cph in biking distance. I am a teacher by education, doing further studies and enjoy spending time cuddling my longhaired ragdoll cat who is very gentle and likes to cuddle and would probably love to cuddle with you, but if you prefer it we will just teach her not to, and stay out of your room.
