Hi Dear Resident Searching People, I have a room that I do not use, I hope to find a pleasant person with whom I can share the flat. The apartment is lovely light and spacious. There are both Netto and Aldi, in a radius of 700m of the apartment, to choose from as well as the Menu store on the other side of the road. Nordens Plads now has a Silvan, a Pharmacy and a Fitness / Yoga center. Peter Bank's road with all its delights & cozy shops is about 750m from the apartment in the opposite direction of Domus Vista. There is a laundry room and bicycle basement in the building, parking outside is cheap. 6A stops right outside the door, as well as Ålholm St (700m) & Peter Banks St (850m) are relatively within walking distance. The rent is 5000 incl water, heating, electricity & internet. About me; I am in the middle of the 40s, do not smoke and use the apartment a few times a week. I assume that we have mutual respect, help keep the common areas rusty and noise level acceptable.
