Dear home seekers, I rent out an unfurnished room of approx. 11 m2 with built-in wardrobe in a cozy 3-room apartment in Frederiksbjerg per 15/11. The apartment of 75 m2 consists of your room and mine as well as a common living room of 14 m2. In addition, there is a kitchen with a dishwasher and a small dining area. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is located on Hedemannsgade. The monthly rent is DKK 4400 + DKK 500 on account water and heating. In addition, there is electricity which is split between us. Internet is included in the rent. When moving in, 1 month's rent is paid in advance as well as a deposit of DKK 9,800, equivalent to two months' rent. A little about me: My name is Emilie, I am 24 years old and studying to be a dentist in the 1st semester. I have previously studied in Copenhagen, and therefore I have just moved to Aarhus. I would love to do something together with a future roomie, but of course also respect a closed door. I am looking for a roomie who will contribute to a good and cozy atmosphere, but who will also help to keep the apartment neat and clean.
