Rooms for rent at Amager Strandpark
Detached house, Lergravsvej, 2300 København S, floor: st tv. We are looking for two people with whom we can share our apartment from 16 November (may be moved to 1 December). The apartment is located between Lergravsparken St. and Amager Beach, 2 min. walk from the subway and 10-15 min. by bike to the center. It is a six-room apartment of 150 m2 spread over 2 floors, which includes four rooms, a large kitchen-dining room, a living room and two bathrooms (one on each floor). In addition, there is a terrace of 25 m2. The apartment comes with a dishwasher, washer and dryer as well as a basement room for storage. We rent the two rooms on the ground floor of approx. 10 and 15 m2, the largest of which has a French balcony and built-in cupboards. The rent in the 10 m2 room is at 4200 DKK / month (including water, heating, electricity and internet). The rent in the 15 m2 room is at DKK 4800 / month (including water, heating, electricity and internet). 3 month rental in security deposit. The rooms can either be rented out together for a couple or separately for two people. They are both rented out unfurnished. You will be living with Mie, 26, who works daily at a digital agency, and Daniel, 32, who works as a social educator. We have lived in the apartment since July 2018 and love living in the area because here is beautiful scenery within walking distance and a short walk to the center. The apartment overlooks a green area and is a little withdrawn from the road, which makes it very quiet and room to breathe. Who are we looking for? You just have to be sweet and nice and straightforward. We do not consider who you vote for next choice or what you eat for breakfast, as long as you want to help us all feel at home and enjoy our common home. We are not outspoken collectivists and appreciate living individual lives in shared homes. But we think it is nice to eat some food together spontaneously when the opportunity occasionally arises.
