Rooms are rented for 100 DKK per square meter in older detached houses, where you can add your own touch. The tenant has his own shelf in the kitchen and in the fridge, hook and shelf in the toilet, as well as a coat for the jacket in the distribution hallway. I expect you to be a non-smoker, you do NOT keep pets, respect the boundaries of others and are without abuse issues, as well as keep order and vacuum / clean the room.
