Rooms in the heart of Copenhagen
Hi every one :). I have two rooms for rent at Ågade 94, 3rd TV, 2200 Copenhagen N, in a newly renovated apartment, with high ceilings, in the heart of Copenhagen. I am looking for two sweet roomies for moving in as soon as possible. The rooms are approx. 13.2m2 and 13.5m2, and the apartment is 82m2 in total. The room can be rented for up to two years and the rent is 5300kr incl. heating, internet, home insurance, dishwasher, washing / drying machine, microwave and attic. You also have the opportunity to enjoy the summer in the courtyard where there is the opportunity to grill. In the apartment there is a large kitchen-dining room for free use. There will be a metro station in 2019 called Nuuks Plads, which is located approx. 1 minute walk from the apartment. Forum st. and Frederiksberg st. ca. 10-15 min. walk from the apartment.
