Room for rent at Amager Beach
The apartment is located in the Sound Tower, which is just off the Sound metro st. and by 3 min. walk to Amager Beach. The apartment is 97m2, consisting of three rooms, a kitchen, family room and balcony. In addition there is a lift so you do not have to fight your way up to the fifth floor. The room that is rented is 12m2. This points to the southeast, so you get morning sun :-). The room is unfurnished, however, we take care of the furnishings of the rest of the apartment. The rent is 6000 kr. All inclusive, ie water, heating, electricity, internet, use of the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer (on account). Housing benefits we divide into three.
