Room for rent, Teglholmen
We are looking for a tenant (boy or girl) for a room in our apartment at Teglholmen - more precisely at Dieselvej 14, 2450 Copenhagen SV. Relocation will be July 1st, possibly with option a little earlier. The rent is limited to six months (from July through December), and the monthly rent will be DKK 4,900 excluding water and heating. In addition, there are less costs for internet and electricity, but at the same time there will be the possibility of housing support. Deposit is one month's rent and one month's prepaid rent is payable. The room we rent is about 12 km2 and is located in the east facing part of the apartment, which faces the farm. The room will be furnished, but if you want to bring your own things, there is also an option :)) The apartment is 94 km2 and consists of four rooms. Three of them are rooms, and the last is a large kitchen / family room. The area is new and super delicious, as it is both close to water, is quiet and has good shopping and transport options. It does not take more than 15-20 minutes. to come to Inner City. We are both 22 years old and are studying at the University of Copenhagen and CBS where we are going to start the candidate. In addition to the study, we work a lot and therefore have a busy day. In other words, we are not so often at home during the daytime, but we appreciate being able to enjoy ourselves in the evenings or in the weekends.
