Room for rent, Teglholmen
We are looking for a tenant (boy or girl) for a room in our apartment at Teglholmen. Relocation will be April 1st, but possibly with option a little earlier. The rent is not limited to time, and the monthly rent will be DKK 5,200 including water and heating. In addition, there are less costs for internet and electricity, but at the same time there will be the possibility of housing support (approximately DKK 330 each). The room we rent is about 10 km2 and lies in the east facing part of the apartment, which faces a canal (see pictures). The apartment is spartan decorated in the best boys style, so there is ample opportunity to put your own touch on it :)) The area is new and super delicious, as it is both close to water, is quiet and has good transport possibilities. It does not take more than 15-20 minutes. to come to Inner City. We are both 22 years old and study at the University of Copenhagen where we are currently writing our bachelor project. In addition to the study, we work a lot and therefore have a busy day. In other words, we are not so often at home every day, but we appreciate being able to spend time in the evenings or in the weekends.
