We are in the situation that our dear roomie goes on exchange in the fall and we need one to take over his room in the meantime. The room is unfurnished and is located on Margretheholmen in Copenhagen K behind the opera and close to Reffen. The apartment complex, in which the apartment is located, was built in 2014 and is very modern. It includes dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is also a lift. The apartment itself consists of 3 rooms and a large kitchen family room with associated balcony. We are even two students of 24 years and study at KU and DTU respectively. We are looking for a student, girl and otherwise just a happy and healthy person. The lease is valid from 01/09/19 - 31/01/20. The rent is DKK 5,000 and covers all fixed housing costs (electricity / water / heating / internet). In addition, a deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required.
