Room is rented close to Amagerbro Metro
I am looking for a tenant from October 1st and at least 2 years ahead. It is the room in the upper right of the floor plan. Pt. I work at a bar while I start my own business as a photojournalist, who I graduated as this summer. I am looking for a tenant who, like myself, takes reasonably relaxed on everything, of course still within the bounds of reasonableness. I am a very social person myself and think that you are not a retired recluse at least. Considerations go both ways, so while it's obviously going to be a problem if there is a party every single weekday evening, I believe it's important to find a place to have guests visit and drink some beers in their home, or whatever one now feels like. On the whole, I am very easy to live with and I do not make too many demands, other than respecting each other and talking about things in case something should happen. In the apartment, Emma also lives at 24, studying fashion design at KEA. The rent includes internet, water and heating. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the apartment. There is also a bathtub, which you can tell all your friends about how happy you are, but which you will never get used :) It is about renting a room with access to the kitchen and bath. I live in the two myself rooms on opposite side of hallway. In practice, however, the door to my living room will be open much of the time and thus function as a common room.
