Room for rent on Østerbro per. October 1st or November 1st. I am waiting for the right tenant. The room is 16.6 square meters. Rent: 3700 DKK Heating: 425 Water: 150 Electricity: 150 Internet: 75 kr. Total 4,500 kr. month. There are also 2 months of prepaid rent and 2 months of prepaid deposit - total of 14,800 kr. DR license and home insurance are not included. The room is furnished with bed, clothes rack, couch etc. I'm looking for a non-smoker and have multiple chemical sensitivity to a very large extent, so looking for someone who, like me, does not use perfume and chemicals - neutral products are of course ok :) It's not allowed to hold party. It is not allowed by garden animals. I am a very quiet and quiet 31 year old female student who spends a lot of time at home due to illness and therefore the room is especially suitable for someone who is looking for a place to live with ease.
