My current roomie needs a trip abroad why I'm looking for someone who can take over her room for a period of time. Here is some information about the rent: Price: 4500dk / month (incl. All consumption + internet and tv) Room: 20m2 (furnished) + 3m2 furnished balcony (two chairs with tables) Period: 1 February 2019 to 1 July 2019 . (Possible extension) A month's prepaid rent and one month's rent are expected in the deposit. I'm looking for a roomie student, so we can get housing support, are social and want to eat / cozy together again and again, but also respect a closed door ??
