Hi! I am looking for a roomie for a 14m2 room with exit to the balcony. The apartment is a total of 75m2 in 2 rooms, large kitchen and bathroom with separate shower. There is a shared laundry and bicycle parking in the basement. The apartment is close to Harald Jensens Plads, where many bus routes leave. There is a view of Tivoli freedom from the apartment. The rent is 4,000 kr. months, which includes water and heat, in addition to the Internet and electricity (which will be approximately DKK 300 per month). A 3 month deposit and 2 months prepaid rent will be charged. A little about me - I am 25 years old, studying / completing financial economics for summer, after which I have to work in banking. When time doesn't go to the studio, I like sports (watching more than I do - haha).
