From 1 January 2018, I provide a room for an indefinite period in a nice apartment with washing machine, dishwasher and a balcony with sun all day. The room is 9 square meters and has a large built-in closet as well as a large window facing the cozy common area. The apartment enjoys a beautiful location just opposite Net, a 10 minute bike ride from the university and the city center as well as within walking distance to the river and the beautiful nature at Brabrandstien. The apartment itself is super nicely decorated with a spacious kitchen room, a large luxury bathroom with a huge mirror and a lovely large shower room, 2 rooms, a small entrance hall and a nice balcony. A little about me: My name is Malthe, 25 years old, and just started with the candidate in Media Studies. In my spare time, I enjoy playing badminton and fishing. In relation to the household, I appreciate that my home is clean and that one takes into account each other in terms of noise. I am very socially employed but also respects a closed door. A little about you: You are student and have my own. 2 years left at the studio. You would like to stay here for 2 years. You appreciate a clean home and contribute to the maintenance of this. You respect a closed door and take into consideration the other residents. The economy: The rent is 4558 kr. Which includes water, heating and television antenna with YouSee's small TV package. Furthermore, you receive a housing subsidy of 1000 kr, so the rent is approx. at 4000 DKK (without electricity and internet).
