Room for rent with good location
Hi! I rent an unfurnished room from d. May 1, 2017, and are therefore looking for a sweet roomie :-) room is 13.5 square meters, and is part of a 3-bedroom apartment located close to metro forum. The apartment has 80 sqm, consisting of two rooms and a dining / living room, kitchen (m. Washing machine) and divided shower and toilet. The rent for the room will remain at 4600 kr. Per month incl. electricity, water, heating, and internet. The rent for the room is 1 year with possibility of extension. A little about me: I even moved into the apartment in March 2017 and has previously lived in the same stairway. I'm 22 years old and comes originally from Roskilde. On a daily basis I study at CBS, where I read the Economics & Psychology at the 6th Semester. I also work as a student assistant in the finance department. What you get: - 13.5 sqm. + Living room - washing machine, internet, water and heating included in rent. - A beautiful room at Frederiksberg with a great location near Forum metro, lakes, Nørrebro, Vesterbro and inner city. What do I: - A sweet, cleanliness and happy roomie. - Someone who is ready roomiehygge, but also respect a closed door. - You must be a student. - You must be between 21-24 years. It is expected of you: - You are a girl. - You are either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian. - You do not smoke. - You treat the apartment and the room with respect. - You can tolerate animals.
